Latte Art is a beverage preparation technique, based on espresso and frothed milk (cappuccino, espresso and latte macchiato, which means expresso and little milk). On the milk’s surface, designs and shapes are created, sometimes white (given by the milk itself) or coloured (by adding food colouring and topping).
Today, Latte Art is a very popular technique used by professionals in the cafeteria sector, as the creation of design on the surface conveys visual emotion and invites tasting.
